There were no high pressure tactics that I've experience from other dealers and Tom was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He provided additional photographs to back up discussions and was always courteous and very helpful. I had to travel to view and test drive the car and he ensured it was reserved on a no commitment basis for the allotted date and time of my visit. The car was exactly as described and I am delighted with my purchase at a very fair price. He contacted me post sale to see all was in order.
